2023 BANK HOLIDAYS

Our offices will be closed on the bank holidays listed below. Engineers will
continue to support our network 24x7 and can be contacted either at
support@userve.net, or by telephone for data centre customers with premium
support.

APRIL 2023 PRICE INCREASES

Please note our prices will increase by 8% from the 1st April 2023, due to
increased costs in the market.

We hoped to avoid increases this year, but unfortunately have seen our costs
rise anywhere from 10-20% across the board, affecting everything from our core
network services to utilities and insurances.

We have done our best to keep the increase as low as possible, and below the
figure used by many other businesses in both the communications industry, and
overall marketplace.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS 2022

Our offices will be closed for the Christmas holidays from 1pm, Thursday 22nd
December, and will re-open Tuesday, 3th January.

We monitor all services 24/7/365, and customers can be assured that any network
outage or issue will be responded to no differently than during normal office
hours. Customers with an extended support agreement can contact our engineers at
any time either by email, or using the provided emergency contact details.

We hope all our customers have a good Christmas.

UCONNECT PLANNED MAINTENANCE - HMX

Please note that the Hodnet transmitter on our uConnect network will be offline
on Thursday, 1st Decemeber, as Central Networks have informed us of an extended
power outage while they work on power lines.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to the customers served by
this transmitter.

HRH QUEEN ELIZABETH'S FUNERAL

Our offices will be closed, Monday 19th September for the Queen's funeral bank
holiday.
