Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between
Guardbyte Ltd  hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," and Borica Bank
Services , hereinafter referred to as the "Client." By accepting the quotation
provided by the Provider, the Client agrees to adhere to these Terms.

1. Quotation Acceptance: 
The quotation provided by the Provider is valid for a period of 30 days from the
date of issuance. To accept the quotation and initiate the order, the Client
must confirm acceptance in writing or via electronic communication before the
quotation expiration date.

2. Payment Terms:
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all payments shall be due within 30
days from the date of the Provider's invoice. Payment should be made in the
currency stated in the quotation.

3. Payment Methods:
Payments can be made through bank transfers. Any associated bank charges or fees
shall be borne by the Client.

4. Late Payments:
In the event that payment is not received within the specified 30-day period,
the Provider reserves the right to charge a late payment fee at a rate of 2% per
month, or the maximum allowable rate as permitted by law, whichever is lower.

5. Invoice Disputes:
Any disputes or discrepancies concerning an invoice must be communicated to the
Provider in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. The Client agrees to
promptly resolve any legitimate concerns or issues to ensure timely payment.

6. Amendments and Changes:
Any changes to the scope of goods or services outlined in the quotation may
result in adjustments to the total cost. Any such changes must be agreed upon in
writing by both parties before implementation.

7. Cancellation:
Should the Client wish to cancel the order after accepting the quotation, a
cancellation fee may apply. The specific cancellation fee will be determined
based on the work already completed and expenses incurred by the Provider up to
the cancellation date.

8. Intellectual Property:
Ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with the goods or
services shall remain with the Provider until full payment is received from the
Client.

9. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information
exchanged during the course of this transaction.

11. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Government of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these
Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cyprus.

By accepting the quotation provided by the Provider, the Client acknowledges
having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
