Are there any special washing instructions for Limeapple products?

Every product has specific washing instructions on the care label, however most
of our fabrics are safe to machine wash in cold water and machine tumble dry on
low heat.  All of our fabrics re also pre-shrunken, ensuring that the shape and
fit will retain wash after wash, prolonging the life of every loved garment. The
products are also pre-washed to ensure that the fabric is free of any chemicals
used in processing.

What sizes do you carry?

Our product offering spans sizes for girls between the ages of 4-16 years old.

Do you mass-produce your products?

We are not in the business of fast fashion. Limeapple’s collections are designed
and manufactured intentionally and ethically in small batches in slower fashion
cycles.

How do you make production sustainable?

Limeapple recognizes the impact that clothing production has on our environment,
which is why we only work with manufacturers that share a common vision with
shared values as ours to create products that will not significantly harm the
environment. All of our manufacturers must also undergo a third-party
certification assessment to ensure that they are maintaining safe and healthy
working conditions and fair wages in the supply chain.

What makes Limeapple different?

Limeapple designs and manufactures high quality clothing for tween girls in
exclusive designs, but our primary mission is to provide meals for children in
need in partnership with Breakfast of Canada and the Hunger Fund. We are fueled
by our belief that no child should ever go hungry and that all children should
be allowed to thrive and create change in their communities.  Our clothing is
created with active girls in mind – this means our casual wear, swimwear and
activewear is designed intentionally with fabrications and features that are
comfortable, moisture-wicking, stretchy, and move with you. They’re designed to
empower girls with self confidence and energy and the belief that all girls and
all bodies are created to be active and to generate positive change in their
community. 

Does Limeapple clothing tend to run large or small?

Limeapple clothes run true to size, though every child is different.  Our  Size
Chart is a great way to estimate what size to order.

What’s the best way to wash Limeapple clothing?

We always recommend following the washing instructions on the label of our
garments. Many of our clothes are made with cotton or technical fabrics, which
we suggest washing in cold water with a low tumble dry setting. All of our
clothes are pre-washed and pre-shrunk.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, Limeapple has one warehouse - in LA, California USA. We ship to
the 50 US states and territories and to Canada. We also ship internationally.
