LOGIN TIPS
How do I activate my account?
* To get access to your account you will need to set a password. If you haven't
yet set up a password or don't remember it, use the “Don’t remember your
password” link above to reset it.
I am not sure if I already have an account
* The easiest way to check is to try a password reset with your email address
(usually your work email).
* Please note: Many users account do not have an email address stored in our
system. This may include your account. If you tried your likely email
accounts and haven't received a password reset email, then please contact
support below.
I don't know my username, how can I find it?
* You may need to reset your password. Click the 'Don't Remember your
password?' link above and follow the instructions.
* If you do not have an email address on your account you will need your
username and password to login. Every account has a unique username which
will be a series of characters (letters and numbers). When you first join the
program a Username will be automatically assigned to you.
* If you still need to find your Username, here are some options:
* Look for previous communications from your organisation or Health by
Design.
* Contact Support below.
How to reset my password?
* On the login screen there is a link just under the password field “Don’t
remember your password” - click that link and enter your email address
(typically your work email), you will then receive an email with a link to
rest your password.
I haven't received the password reset email
* Be sure to wait a couple of minutes. Although the email is usually very quick
(within 30 seconds), it can take a few minutes to arrive.
* Check your spam or junk mail folders.
* Check the spelling of your email address as you have entered it in the reset
password field and try again.
* Try any possible alternate email addresses that could be on your account - in
most cases it will be your work email account, but consider if it could be a
personal email, or an old work account or similar.
* Wait a few minutes. Please note: Many users account do not have an email
address stored in our system. This may include your account. If you tried
your likely email accounts and haven't received a password reset email, then
please contact support below.
