Whether you are a new or experienced photo booth operator, it’s always nice to
have someone who has your back, making sure your booth runs flawlessly. Photo
Booth Support was created by experts in the industry to help with emergency
technical support – exactly when you need it. Many manufacturers, vendors, and
software developers do not provide immediate support – like when a photo booth
is out at an event. We are a team of current photo booth rental business owners
who have significant IT backgrounds and years of experience under our belts, and
we are available when others are not. Having trouble at at event? Give us a call

GREGORY

Lead Technician

Minneapolis, Minnesota 

Not only does Gregory run his own photo booth company in Minneapolis, Minnesota
– he also has an extensive knowledge with computer hardware, software and
networking that spans over the past 10+ years. Gregory treats each support
call as if it was his own booth company calling, ensuring that a client’s
problem is fixed in a precise and timely fashion. When not behind the keyboard,
Greg enjoys learning Russian, electric motorcycles and traveling.


LEO

Technician

Biloxi, Mississippi 



Leo’s photo booth experience began in 2011 when he decided to start his own
photo booth company. Using mostly what he had on hand, off he went! Leo soon
learned there are more details involved in running a successful operation than
imagined. That being said, he is acutely aware of the many pitfalls involved
with the execution of an onsite photo booth event. His hands-on experience with
multiple softwares and systems allows him the ability to troubleshoot problems
quickly and efficiently.


ALEX

Technician

Alex is at the front line of Photo Booth Support and helps with chat support,
customer inquiries and more. Being a software and web developer, Alex has an
all-around knowledge of Windows environments and is quick to diagnose any type
of issue. He loves resolving your problems like a photo booth super hero! His
hobbies include gaming, studying new computer languages and being an all around
techie.


JOSH

Technician

Laguna Niguel, California 

Josh’s love of technology resulted in two years and more in the Photo Booth
world. During his time in the industry, he feels that he has seen it all and
happy to help make stressful events successful which it comes to Social Booth
applications. If he isn’t at his desk, he is more than likely playing Magic with
his friends.

Specializing in custom rentals with Photoshop droplets, animated GIFs and
outside-of-the-box photo booth activations.


RACHEL

Technician

Birmingham, Alabama 

Rachel’s love of photography and itch to be self employed had her starting her
photo both business in 2013 in Birmingham Alabama. Determination has made her a
specialist with Photoboof software and she is striving to learn other programs
to be helpful to her fellow photo booth peers. She has become skilled in
creating photo booth templates and trouble shooting software issues. She has
three children and a loving husband of 22 years.
