Hi there, I'm Mandi! I've been lucky enough to grow up in Coastal Orange County
and currently reside in Seal Beach. In the spring of 2022, I proudly graduated
from the University of Southern California where I honed my skills in strategic
communication, a foundation that I've carried into my professional career. My
journey with Pinpoint began in August 2021 when I joined as an intern. Quickly
proving my dedication and abilities, I transitioned to a full-time role within
the Operations team here after college. During my role as the team's listing
coordinator and assistant to our leading broker, I developed expertise at
creating critical marketing plans for homes, executing contracts, and ensuring a
seamless experience for buyers and sellers alike. This knowledge and my deep
roots in Orange County provide me with an insider's knowledge of the area,
