THE ENVIRONMENTAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM: COMPANY PROFILES PAGE

The Environmental Leadership Program (ELP) is Colorado's statewide environmental
recognition and reward program which offers benefits and incentives to members
that voluntarily go beyond compliance with state and federal regulations and are
committed to continual environmental improvement.

This site is a collection of all current ELP members and what they've done (or
are doing) to be good environmental stewards!

for mobile and tablet users).



AWARD TYPES

Gold Leaders are our highest level of State Recognition!
These companies must have past environmental achievements, provide environmental
improvement goals, maintain a fully functional EMS, and have a three-year clean
compliance record. Companies may renew their Gold membership after three years.

Silver Partners are those companies seeking Gold level membership, but might not
have a fully implemented EMS system. These companies must have
“beyond-compliance” activities and programs and a commitment to develop an EMS
with milestones that must be met each year. They also must have a one-year clean
compliance record.

Bronze Achievers are companies that have completed a significant environmental
project and have one year of clean compliance. This is a one-year recognition
and can be renewed each year.

Our program is currently changing!

Applications have been temporarily removed to accommodate our redesign process,
but new applications will be launching in January 2022, with a application
deadline of June 30th, 2022.

ELP is a Statewide leadership program, and our members are truly all over
Colorado! From the Western Slope to the Eastern Plains, our organizations
represent the best our state has to offer, and work hard to make Colorado a
healthier place to live, work, and play.
