   Midnight on 30 November 2023. Until then, you can continue enjoying all your
   favourite shows before your subscription ends.

 * WILL MY SHOW JUST STOP IN THE MIDDLE?
   
   Aside from long running telenovelas, you will be able to watch all series on
   Showmax from season (or series) start to end before your subscription ends.

 * WHAT IF MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEWS
   
   If you have an auto-renewal subscription, we will ensure you aren’t charged
   after 30 October 2023, and can continue to view until the last day of your
   subscription.

 * WHY IS SHOWMAX NO LONGER AVAILABLE OUTSIDE AFRICA?
   
   We have made the strategic decision to focus specifically on the African
   market and on meeting the needs of our growing customer base across this
   dynamic continent.

 * WILL THE LOCAL CONTENT NOW BE AVAILABLE ON OTHER PLATFORMS? WHERE CAN I
   WATCH?
   
   Showmax Original content is primarily created for the Showmax platform, but
   should that change, we will advise. A selection of co-productions and
   originals will be available on other entertainment platforms across the globe
   from time to time and we will continue to explore new and exciting
   entertainment solutions for our African content fans.
