GLOBAL SUPPORT CENTER

Our Global Support Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide
support to clients with an active maintenance contract for their FICO Solutions.

All Severity 1 and Severity 2 production down issues must be submitted by
telephone. For other severity issues, the preferred channel is our Online
Support portal where clients can submit, review and update their cases. In
addition, the portal offers knowledge article suggestions while submitting a
case and access to all knowledge articles for review. Alternatively, cases may
be submitted by sending an email to our global Support Center
at support@fico.com.
