Here at Harborview, we have three main goals for our owners.
Maximize Owner Revenue When it comes to maximizing revenue for owners, marketing
is a crucial component. We know our past guests are our best resource and we
draw on over 35 years of past relationships with customers as a critical
component of our marketing campaigns. We also invest in top-end hospitality
technologies to help us find new guests looking to visit Marco Island. In
addition to finding guests for your home, we also spend time each week analyzing
the market conditions and moving our pricing accordingly.
Maintain the Property We take pride in our abilities to help maintain our
properties. Our team is on site prior to each arrival to make sure the home or
condo is in the proper condition for the next guest. We are equipped with a
comprehensive checklist for each visit to the property to ensure we are
consistent in our methods. In addition, we provide owners with feedback when
necessary.
Elite Service We want our owners to feel part of our Harborview family. To
create this family atmosphere, we keep lines of communication open as best as
possible. From a technological standpoint, we want our owners to have some
control of their properties. Whether that is the ability to block off time after
hours or read through their monthly statements at a time convenient to them, we
provide those services through our online portal.
