Not solving our issue

The helpdesk is not solving our issue, a repeating problem since more than 8
weeks about an empty ShopPage in their theme. It's ThemeRex Addons that is
causing this issue, but they cannot solve it.

Bad Support

I am trying to fix a problem and i have spoken 6 times with a girl called Mira
who is struggling to open a link a see that "there is an error". Any "Services"
pages has error. And she cant even see it. Very bad support.

There should be some other way to get simple support besides continually
"buying" it. Even a forum where users can post questions that other users answer

It's hard enough to get your head around this theme without bursting veins, I've
been battling this theme for three days now with no joy, poor documentation and
re install theme four times. Yes, I've been programing since 1983 for my work.
