PROJECT OVERVIEW

The "Fantasy Extreme - Football Fanatics" collection is designed to build a
vibrant and engaged community by offering free NFTs, each with special perks,
for users of our blockchain-based fantasy football platform. Through this
collection, we aim to provide users with exciting rewards and incentives while
growing our platform’s usage and community.

 * Tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum

 * Goal: Strengthen engagement by offering different benefits tied to each NFT
   tier, encouraging active participation and involvement in our community on
   Discord and the platform.

PROMOTION TIMELINE

The Alpha promotion period runs from October 2024 to May 25, 2025, during which
the NFTs will be associated with the top teams from three major football
leagues:

 * Premier League: Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea

 * La Liga: Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid

 * Chinese Super League: Shanghai Port, Shanghai Shenhua FC

These 9 teams will form the core of the promotion during the Alpha phase.


NFT TIERS & BENEFITS

VALIDITY: LIFETIME


BRONZE TIER: 5,000 NFTS

 * Characteristics: A digital collectible linked to in-game participation.

 * Rules: Users must join contests for 5 matches over 5 weekends, selecting
   games from any of the 9 teams during the Alpha promotion phase.

 * Perks: 5% discount on entry fees for all matches (First come first served
   basis)

VALIDITY: LIFETIME


SILVER TIER: 25,00 NFTS

 * Characteristics: A higher rarity digital collectible offering enhanced
   benefits.

 * Rules: Users must first meet the requirements for Bronze and join a total 10
   Contests from those 9 teams over 10 Weekends.

 * Perks: 10% discount on entry fees for all matches(First come first served
   basis).


NFT TIERS & BENEFITS

VALIDITY: LIFETIME


GOLD TIER: 2,000 NFTS

 * Characteristics: An exclusive digital collectible with a limited supply that
   provides significant in-game benefits.

 * Rules: Users must first meet the requirements for Bronze and Silver and join
   a total 25 Contests from those 9 teams over 25 Weekends.

 * Perks: 20% discount on entry fees for all matches(First come first served
   basis).

VALIDITY: LIFETIME


PLATINUM TIER: 500 NFTS

 * Characteristics: : An ultra-rare, uniquely designed collectible with
   substantial in-game benefits, limited to 500 pieces.

 * Rules: : Users must first meet the requirements for Bronze, Silver, and Gold,
   and join contests for 50 matches: 25 weekends from any of the 9 teams in the
   Alpha promotion phase, and 25 additional matches from the Champions League
   (any team).

 * Perks: 50% discount on entry fees for all matches(First come first served
   basis)


NFT DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY

Once users meet the rules for each tier, users will be able to claim the
corresponding NFT from within the platform on major ICP NFT marketplace
platforms like Entrepot and Yuku. These NFTs are transferable and can be traded
or sold on these platforms. Users need to register on these platforms to adhere
to the campaign.

To get more users on socials we can run an Airdrop campaign with 100-200 bronze
NFTS for free without following the Bronze Tier.


DISCOUNT STRATEGY & MECHANISM


OBJECTIVE

To provide a discount mechanism for NFT holders (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and
Platinum) using a fixed percentage of the total entry fee pool. This document
outlines the finalized process for applying discounts, the distribution
mechanism, and the conditions under which discounts will be granted.


DISCOUNT ALLOCATION FRAMEWORK




1.TOTAL DISCOUNT POOL:

 * 7% of the total entry fee collected in each contest will be allocated for
   discounts to NFT holders.

 * The larger the entry pool, the larger the portion available for discounts.  

 * No sub-division between different NFT tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum).
   All NFT holders will draw from the same 7% pool, regardless of their tier.


2.FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED:

 * Discounts will be applied on a first-come, first-served basis until the
   allocated 7% of the total pool is exhausted.

 * There will be no reserved discount portion for any specific type of NFT
   (e.g., Platinum holders do not have guaranteed priority).

 * Once the 7% pool is exhausted, no further discounts will be applied for the
   remaining NFT holders in that particular contest.


3.CAP ON TOTAL DISCOUNTS:

 * To accommodate all 10,000 NFT holders (5,000 Bronze, 2,500 Silver, 2,000
   Gold, 500 Platinum), a minimum of 16,429 participants is required in the
   contest, as detailed below.

All NFT tiers will draw from this $70 pool on a first-come, first-served basis
until it is exhausted. Once depleted, no further discounts will be available in
that contest.


MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS TO ACCOMMODATE ALL NFT HOLDERS

To ensure all 10,000 NFT holders get their discounts, the following breakdown
applies:

 * Bronze (5,000 users): Requires $250 for discounts (5% discount per user).

 * Silver (25,00 users): Requires $250 for discounts (10% discount per user).

 * Gold (2,000 users): Requires $400 for discounts (20% discount per user).

 * Platinum (5,00 users): Requires $250 for discounts (50% discount per user).

Thus, the total discount required for all NFT holders is $1,150. Since 7% of the
total entry fee pool is allocated for discounts, the minimum total entry fees
required to cover all discounts is:


1150/0.07=16429.

This means at least 16,429 participants are needed in a contest to guarantee
that all NFT holders receive their discounts.

holders while protecting the platform from financial loss. Users are encouraged
to enter contests early to benefit from their NFT discounts, with transparent
communication to avoid misunderstandings regarding discount availability.
