Cockroach on the floor, hair on the bed/ sink. Light doesn’t work.
House keeper crazy knocking on the door prior checkout time even I told the
person I will come out soon. But she decide to continue knocking.

MOLLY IS THE BEST!
We originally had another hotel booked but when that hotel notified us
after check in that their pools were closed we decided to request a refund
and move hotels. We were greeted by a lovely front desk representative at
your hotel Molly!! And she truly saved the day as I was stressed out
already trying to find a new hotel and as it was my friends first time to
Toronto and she has just lost her husband. Molly helped us get a lovely
room with a beautiful view and once in the room we decided to call down to
the spa to experience the thermal pools which was amazing!!

PERFECT VIEW OF THE FALLS
Our family of four were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel staff was
friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our room was clean and had a gorgeous
view of the American Falls and Horseshoe Falls. We enjoyed sitting by the
window on the comfortable chairs.

The view was amazing, staff was friendly.
The service was running bit delayed

Great upgrade to a superior room 14 high, with the best possible view of

POOR HEATING SYSTEM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL
The heating system was not working and after my wife and I got home we both
got cold!
Terrible customer service that they see you like a tourist who just came to
visit falls!
But remember you lost a customer from Toronto who chose you between so many
options

MEDIOCRE AT BEST
We would not stay here again. The room was not very clean- something up the
wall in the toilet room and the tub was dirty, garbage in the room from
previous people.
Minimal toiletries, one bar of soap, one tiny tube of hand cream. Dirty
towels were left in the room on the floor after they cleaned.
We will spend our money elsewhere next time.
