sites and data for all Cority-hosted GX2 platform enginecustomersto Amazon Web
Services (AWS).What are the benefits of this upgrade?With this upgrade to AWS,
we will spend less time on maintenance and more time on actively expanding our
ability to meet your needs. Some specific benefits include:•Reliability– AWS
will enable us to ensure our application platform can perform its intended
function consistentlyin a resilient and fault tolerant manner.•Security &
Efficiency – AWS offers industry leading security controls and many tools that
can be leveraged to manage the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of
the application platform more effectively.•Performance – AWS has numerous
services that will allow our application platforms to efficientlyscale to meet
demand and enable performant modern application architectures.Will there be
costs for this upgrade?No, customer subscription fees will not be affected.Will
this upgrade impactthe functionalityof myCority solution, the URLs or the user
interface?No. There will be no impact to application functionality, URLs or user
interface. The transition is designed to be seamless to the end user.When will I
be upgraded?Upgrades will take place in phases by region. Upgrades for
Australian and European customers and will begin in Q1 2022. Upgrades for North
American customers will begin in Q32022. We will contact you to confirm the
specific date for your upgrade.
