ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS BELOW...

Who can play this game?

You can play this game together with your family members, friends, colleagues
from work or play it as a corporate game and have fun with them.

Why should I join in this game?

We offer you an experience different from other classic activities done as a
group; you can find the opportunity to test your concentration, observation,
problem solving and decision making competencies in practice and you will have
great fun.

How difficult is the game?

The game is designed to be completed in 60 minutes by concentration and solving
the puzzles. You do not need any special talent other than using your brain and
acting fast. The game is all about logic, mental sharpness and attention to
detail. Keep in mind that this game is suitable for everyone! This, however,
does not necessarily mean that everybody can finish the game!

Will it be safe during the game?

Yes. There will be real time monitoring in all of the rooms in the game. You can
finish the game whenever you want by pressing the panic button and get out, but
then the game is over.

Do we have to wear special costumes to play the game?
No. However, we recommend that you bring the least amount of belongings and
accessories possible with you in order to move comfortably and fast during the
game.
Is there an age limit?

No, not really. Persons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do kids pay?

Kids under the age of 8 do not pay.

What time do we need to be there?

You are always requested to be at our premises 15 minutes prior to your start
time. If you booked the 18:30 slot, the whole group needs to be at our premises
by 18:15. This is the necessary time required for the game briefing and signing
of the waiver form. The 60-minute timer will strictly start at booking time,
i.e. at 18:30. No exceptions are made to this rule, especially on busy days. A
delay in your starting time will interfere with the next booking, which is
unfair on others. Please plan the necessary time and factor in traffic.

What are the minimum/maximum participants per room?

Teams can range from 2 to 5 participants at a time.

Is there anything scary or which requires physical strength?

Definitely not. The concept of the game is not for it to be scary / physical but
to serve as an intriguing mind game and an hour of mind-boggling fun!

Can I take pictures/videos inside the room?

Strictly not. You will be asked to leave your mobile phones / cameras in a
locked cabinet prior to entering the room. It is important that what is inside
the room is kept as a secret, in order for others to enjoy the experience.
