We are excited to announce, AmeriHealth Caritas Florida is partnering with
NantHealth | NaviNet. Take advantage and benefit from the suite of tools
available to you on the NaviNet portal starting November 4th for AmeriHealth
Caritas Florida!

Access the NaviNet portal to get real-time information quickly, helping to
enhance office processes and minimize calls into the health plan.

What Do I Need To Do To Access?

Register for an account by clicking here to access the registration process and
follow the prompts to set up a new account.





Getting started!

The following workflows and functions available to you include:

 * Check a patient's eligibility and benefits
 * Complete claim submissions and verify claim status
 * Investigate finalized claims
 * Submit and track medical authorizations
 * Attach supplemental documentation to medical authorizations
 * Review and respond to clinical documents such as Care Gaps and ADT Alerts
 * Download reporting to provide real-time updates on authorizations and claims
 * Search the provider directory to find doctors, hospitals, and other health
   care providers
 * Sign up for in-app status change notifications directly from the health plan

Will Training be Offered?

AmeriHealth Caritas Florida will offer training on the new platform. Provider
Account Executives will contact you with training dates and times.
