Captain Regina Duckett says Carvicia Donnell Talley is charged with attempting to commit murder, discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling or vehicle and reckless endangerment. On Tuesday, Talley was taken into custody yesterday by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, Duckett said. Investigators say the shooting, which happened in the 300 block of Woodley Road, was the result of a disagreement between the suspects and the male victim. Police also charged Veronica Campbell, 26, with attempting to commit murder, reckless endangerment and shooting or discharging a weapon into an unoccupied building or vehicle in relation to the shooting.
