   Understanding Birth eClass, is a comprehensive, evidence-based go-to guide is
   designed to help expectant parents navigate the exciting yet challenging
   experience of childbirth and postpartum.
   
   Watch several real-life birth stories to get a sense of what labor is really
   like. Learn about options to help create your personalized birth plan. You
   will find what is best for you and your family as your experience unfolds. We
   recommend that this eClass be taken two months prior to your due date. Allow

   One of the most important choices a new mother makes is how best to nourish
   her baby. This online class is a convenient way to prepare for breastfeeding
   your newborn in the privacy of your home. It provides the essential
   information to help increase your self-confidence in your ability to
   breastfeed. This interactive course features evidenced- based recommendations
   from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and International Lactation
   Consultant Association (ILCA). You will learn through instructive video
   clips, animation, live footage, and interactive games. Allow 2-3 hours to
   complete.

   • How breastfeeding works: 3D breast anatomy and milk production animation,
   colostrum, breastmilk qualities, why breastfeeding is important, AAP
