“这真的很奇怪，”彭说。“我不知道该如何解释。”

彭说台湾人对俄乌战争的典型的淡定很像他住在台湾东海岸地震多发城市花莲的岳父岳母对地震的态度。有一次，彭去花莲看望岳父母时发生了地震，他马上因为地震的强度担心起来。但他的岳父岳母却只是一笑置之，因为他们已经习惯了地震的感觉。同样地，一生都生活在中国大陆入侵的威胁下的台湾人，在他国战争爆发之时会继续他们的日常生活，而不会太多地考虑战争的威胁。

但2月24日，这种淡定开始被打破。俄罗斯对乌克兰的入侵引发许多台湾人的情感共鸣，因为他们看到来自乌克兰的新闻片段，会想有一天这也可能成为他们自己的现实。在网上，一些人宣称
“今日乌克兰，明日台湾”，而专家们则争论美国军队是否真的会在台湾被入侵的情况下前来援助。电视上的新闻台建议如果开战在应急包中应该包括什么（剧透：日本面包罐头）。

然而，在主日上午，台湾的许多教会除了将乌克兰列为代祷事项以外，并没有提及这一话题。教堂里的台湾基督徒对中国和台湾的关系持有彼此不同的政治观点——有些希望台湾独立，有些希望台湾与中国统一，还有一些介于这两者之间。但是，台湾的基督教领袖们仍然试图用圣经的视角来看待正在发生的地缘政治冲突，并在这个不确定的时期从他们的信仰中找到希望。

一个分裂的岛屿

旅居台湾的乌克兰裔美国人霍门科（Alex
Khomenko）说：“我认为，如果有人能体会到作为一个小的民主国家生活在一个大的非民主国家的阴影下的情况，那么台湾人对此是有一个非常独特的视角的。”
霍门科近来一直在台北（他现在的家）街头参与反战抗议活动。

许多台湾教会将政治和信仰分开。牧师们避免在讲台上讨论被认为是政治性的话题，以防止教会内部的纷争。台湾的政治是非常分化的：对北京友好的国民党和倾向于独立的民进党的立法者经常为立法发生争吵，甚至拳脚相加。

分裂的根源在于台湾人的身份认同。民进党的支持者通常属于世代居住在台湾，包括在日本殖民统治下生活过的家庭，而国民党的支持者则多半与1949年中国内战结束时随国民党军队从中国逃到台湾的外省人相联。不同的背景决定了台湾人如何看待台湾、中国以及两者之间的关系。

为了维持和平，许多教会试图保持中立。董家骅对这一挑战有切身体会。作为世界华福中心的总干事，他需要在许多问题上保持外交态度，包括台湾的地位。

他强调教会的共同点：“既然我们是因着福音而联结在一起的，我们就需要回到上帝的话语里面来看，而福音对每一个人的意识形态都有所批判，”他说。

董在讲道时不在政治立场上挑边站，而是试图教导圣经对某一主题的看法。他认为牧师的工作是使会众能够用基督教的世界观来看待所有问题。然而，在某些时候，情况可能会变得如此紧迫，以至于牧师有责任针对时事发声。

“但什么时候才是必须发声的时刻呢？这真的是一门艺术。很多时候你要到事后才能看清楚。”董说。牧师们面临着要么变得自以为是，要么永远三缄其口的危险。“这真的很需要智慧”。

流亡中的香港人

六年前，当李牧权第一次从他的家乡香港搬到台湾上神学院时，台湾教会对政治的沉默让他感到惊讶。他曾以为，由于台湾是采用民主制度，台湾的教会应该比香港的教会更愿意讨论时事问题。但是他发现，在台湾的教会中讨论任何被认为是
“政治 ”的东西的空间都更小。

这使得一些从香港移居台湾的基督徒难以加入台湾教会。北京在2020年通过《国家安全法》，把香港的政治异议压制下去，成千上万的人离开了香港。但当移居台湾的香港基督徒想谈论他们在过去两年中的经历时，他们发现台湾的基督徒很不自在，因为台湾基督徒认为在教会中讨论政治是不合适的。

李希望为他的旅台香港同乡建立一个基督徒团契，但他们费了很大周折才找到一个聚会场所。这个团契现在有100名参加者。台湾教会不希望跟他们的团契有任何关联，因为香港问题也是一个有分歧的政治问题。目前，这个旅台港人基督徒团契每月在李工作的台北中华福音神学院聚会两次。

俄罗斯入侵乌克兰的消息对李和其他在台湾的香港人来说尤其令人担忧。他们已经离开了自己的家园，许多人不确定他们是否还能回去。这场战争勾起了他们对于离家出走的回忆，并让他们再次担心他们的新家也可能面临毁灭。

“我认为在台湾的香港人，会更有对中国的那种恐惧，因为在过去两年，我们看到它怎么对待香港。”李说。“我们也没有想过他们会这样对待香港，国际社会很多的反应和制裁它都不理。所以，如果国际社会没有在乌克兰这件事情上做出反应......那会不会我们（台湾）也将有这样的危险？”

这场战争也让李深刻认识到为在台湾的下一代香港人（其中许多是学生）做准备的重要性。这是一个在过去几年中经历了很多事情的群体——香港自由的消失，2019年反引渡法抗议的情绪伤害，全球大流行病的压力……这也是一个感到无望和不知道未来将如何的群体。李希望帮助他们找到自己作为基督徒和流亡香港人的身份，探索他们在台湾可以做什么，并为未来设定一个方向。



李相信，随着地缘政治变迁来到台湾的家门口，台湾的教会将被迫对政治问题发出更多的声音，就像香港的一些教会在2019年的抗议活动中所经历的那样。他已经看到一些教会采取了一些行动。在乌克兰被入侵后，台湾几间主要的神学院发表了声明（例如华神的祷告辞），呼吁为乌克兰和俄罗斯的人民祈祷。这在过去的危机事件中是不常见的。

直言不讳的长老会

作为台湾岛上最大的新教宗派的台湾基督长老教会是一个与沉默的趋势背道而驰的教派。历史上，台湾长老会在政治上一直积极支持台湾的主权。在1977年的一个声明中，该教派要求国民党政府宣布台湾为独立国家。然而，即使在该教派内部，教会也是多元的，愿意就政治议题发声的程度也各不相同。

台湾长老会总部研发部负责人黄哲彦说，他希望中国不要入侵，但如果中国入侵，台湾基督徒需要站出来保卫他们的土地。“我们必须了解，是上帝给了我们这块土地，以及他赋予我们的特殊使命是什么。”

台湾长老会已经发表声明，呼吁教会为乌克兰以及台湾自身的安全与和平祷告。

“求上主帮助我们，透过乌克兰战争的启示，有愿意站出来保卫自己的家园的心志。”声明说。

看到普京入侵乌克兰，黄并不特别惊讶，但他对乌克兰人站出来抵抗俄罗斯侵略的反应感到惊奇。

“台湾跟乌克兰在很多地方都不太一样，”黄说。“但是其实这次乌克兰的事情让很多台湾人看到，当敌人侵略自己的时侯，你必须自己先站起来。这不是说谁会来帮助你——现在很多台湾人在说美国会来帮助——但是你会发现，其实我们必须自己站起来，你要自助，然后人家才会来帮助你。”

寻求和平

台北基督学院学务长廖天威认为，无论目前乌克兰冲突的结果如何——无论战争是以停火、乌克兰被摧毁，还是俄罗斯衰落而告终，21世纪下半叶的地缘政治都将发生巨大变化。这将对宣教士以及对他们传播福音的方式产生很大的影响。他们的生活已经被新冠疫情颠覆。廖认为宣教士需要了解这些全球趋势，以制定新的策略来接触不同的国家和族群。

廖个人认为俄罗斯对乌克兰的入侵应该促使台湾仔细审视它是否准备好面对战争；当面临两岸关系不稳定的局势，台湾应该如何反应，以及如何寻求维护和平的方法。他希望台湾能根据未来可能发生的情况小心权衡其目前的行动。例如，台湾最近加入了西方主导的对俄罗斯的制裁，导致俄罗斯将台湾列入不友好国家名单。廖担心这可能会导致台湾变得更加孤立，失去获得俄罗斯天然气的机会，并被禁止进入俄罗斯领空，而台湾的航班通常要穿越俄罗斯领空才能到达欧洲。

他告诫台湾基督徒不要太快将冲突中的某一方妖魔化或把某一方塑造成英雄。相反，他们应该尝试从不同的角度了解正在发生的事情，这样他们就可以有一个更平衡的视角，并像保罗所说的那样，“为万人恳求、祷告、代求、祝谢，为君王和一切在位的，也该如此，使我们可以敬虔、端正，平安无事地度日。”（提摩太前书2：1-2）。

廖的教会尽量不讨论政治，但他认为神学院和基督教智囊团应该向台湾的牧师们讲授地缘政治的现实，以便他们能够更好地牧养他们的会众。

虽然台湾教会充满了不同的政治观点，但董家骅认为，一场危机可以使人们团结起来，就像现在在乌克兰发生的一样。董和其他台湾基督教领袖就西方教会如何在入侵发生时支持台湾教会提出了若干建议——首先是代祷。

“如果战争打起来，你希望中国的基督徒如何为台湾的基督徒祷告并且表达同情？” 彭书睿说。

廖天威回应了这一呼吁。

“在这个混乱的世界的环境中，基督徒需要持守一个纯正的、从上头来的信仰。”他说：“无论我们面临什么样的困难或战争的危险，我们都要持定一个祷告的心志。我们最能为其他国家的教会或信徒做的事情，就是为他们祷告，为万国求平安”。

董家骅说，随着世界秩序的变化，基督徒需要为未来的困难时期做好准备。他指出但以理书和彼得书信中描述的流亡模式。

他说：“基督徒的盼望从来都不在这个世界上的国度的兴衰上。我们最终的盼望，是上帝的国度会到来，我们在这世上所依靠的一切都会过去。”

董指出，这在和平时期很容易说，但在战争时期却更难活出来。这就是为什么他认为基督徒向乌克兰教会学习如何忍受苦难很重要——不是把受苦看作可怜的事情，而是作为
“真实的福音的荣耀的见证”。
