Welcome to GigAssign, the easiest and best tool for assigning specific gigs to
pools of employees. GigAssign is unique in that we have pinoneered “send logic”
to send gigs to pools of employees, allow them to accept or deny the gig, and
then send to others in the pool so your jobs always get done. 

We started in the party industry and found a need for this tool, so we built it

HOW DOES GIGASSIGN WORK?

GigAssign allows companies to set up “pools” which you can add employees to that
have already been trained to do whatever gig you are assigning. These are your
employees, but GA will allow you to send a gig to the pool and have it be
accepted and assigned, based on different send logics. 

WHAT IS A SEND LOGIC?

What we call a “send logic” just means how the gigs get sent to your pool. You
can choose from Round Robin, Simultaneous, or Weighted. Round Robin means
employees get an equal opportunity to get gigs – if Employee 1 accepts a gig,
they wont get the first crack at it until everyone else has had a chance.
Simultaneous means all employees get the gig at the same time, you don’t care
who takes it first come first serve. And weighted means you have a weighted list
of employees, and the first one will always get the gig first. 

HOW DO I KNOW A GIG HAS BEEN ASSIGNED?

You will have a dashboard of all gigs and see whether they are assigned or not.
You will also get notifications when things are assigned, and one if something
didnt get accepted by the pool. You might need to change the payout, or add
others to the pool.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE CANCELS A GIG

If the employee accepts and then declines outside of your designated time frame,
it will send to the rest of the pool.
