COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT One Neighborhood Foundation has developed a 10 year Community Development Plan. This plan is called Operation Create (Community Revitalization and Economic Advancement Through Engagement). Through a joint partnerships with our investors, construction professionals and others, we acquire and successfully redevelop blighted properties. This initiative is segmented into 5 parts: Recruitment, Procurement, Rehabilitation, Continuity and Community Development AFFORDABLE HOUSING We support families at risk of homelessness by offering programs focused on financial recovery and long-term housing solutions. JOB TRAINING The One Neighborhood offers a platform for job training, benefiting employers, trade schools, and individuals pursuing careers in the construction industry.
