AS INFORMATION IS UPDATED OFTEN.

Welcoming You Back to the Disneyland Resort

We are pleased to announce our plans for a phased reopening of the Disneyland
Resort.

Enjoy the magic at:

 * Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park
 * Downtown Disney District

Within our communities, we’re encouraged that COVID-19 guidelines have been
adjusted and eased by public health and government officials, paving the path
for many businesses and industries to take positive steps forward.

As we have done since we began our phased reopening, we’ve been very intentional
and gradual in our approach to our COVID-19 health and safety processes. Based
on recent trends and guidance, Disneyland Resort will be making more adjustments
to these measures, including physical distancing and face coverings.

We are managing attendance by requiring all Guests to obtain a reservation for
park entry in advance. To enter a theme park, Guests (ages 3 and older) will
need a valid ticket and a theme park reservation for the same day and same park
they want to visit. Theme park reservations are limited and subject to
availability.

The State of California strongly recommends that all Guests be fully vaccinated
or obtain a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering the Disneyland Resort.
Unvaccinated Guests must wear face coverings when indoors. If planning to
travel, please check and follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
(CDC) recommendations and any State travel advisories. Do not travel to or enter
Disneyland Resort unless you are free of any COVID-19 symptoms and otherwise
comply with the requirements of such advisories and restrictions.

As always, our procedures may change as we continue to update our health and
safety processes based on guidance from the state of California and local health
officials.

Important Information

Certain theme parks, restaurants and other locations may be limited in capacity
and subject to limited availability or closure.

Furthermore, certain attractions, experiences, services and amenities may be
modified, have limited availability or may remain closed. Park admission and
offerings are not guaranteed. We will provide more information as it becomes
available. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations, admission media or
purchases and provide applicable refunds. While the FASTPASS and Disney MaxPass
services are being retired, we are excited to announce that our new Disney Genie
service will be launching this fall. If you’re currently holding a ticket with
Disney MaxPass, please contact your Travel Professional to learn more about your
options. If you use your ticket with a Disney MaxPass entitlement for park entry
while the Disney MaxPass service is retired, you will have until the expiration
date set forth on your ticket to choose an option for your Disney MaxPass
entitlement. Please keep a copy of your ticket after its use, as the ticket
number is required when requesting an option for your Disney MaxPass
entitlement. We will be unable to honor any new requests for an eligible ticket
after its stated expiration date.

Magic Morning and Extra Magic Hour offerings are unavailable as we plan to
manage attendance. We will share any updates on these offerings at a later date.

Select attractions and certain experiences—such as parades and nighttime
spectaculars—will return at a later date. While character meet-and-greets are
temporarily unavailable, characters are in our parks in new ways to entertain
and delight our Guests.

Guests must properly wear approved face coverings as required, refrain from
using offensive/abusive language and follow all other Park rules. Disney
reserves the right to require a Guest to leave if they fail to comply.

COVID-19 Warning

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people
are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe
illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
(https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/index.html), senior citizens and
Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting the Disneyland Resort, you voluntarily assume all risks related to
exposure to COVID-19.

Help keep each other healthy.

Health Acknowledgement

If planning to travel, visit https://covid19.ca.gov/ for current state orders
and updated information. Guests who are under isolation or quarantine orders
must not enter the Disneyland Resort. By entering the Disneyland Resort, you are
confirming that you and all persons in your party are not:

 * Experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the
   Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including:
   * Fever or chills
   * Cough
   * Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
   * Fatigue
   * Muscle or body aches
   * Headache
   * New loss of taste or smell
   * Sore throat
   * Congestion or runny nose
   * Nausea or vomiting
   * Diarrhea
 * In contact with or have been in contact with, someone with confirmed or
   suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 10-day quarantine
 * Under any self-quarantine orders

Guests who cannot confirm all of the above criteria must not enter the
Disneyland Resort. If at any point during their visit, a Guest does not meet all
of the above criteria, they and their traveling party will be required to
isolate and may be relocated or asked to leave the property.

If you need to reschedule your reservation, please call your Travel
Professional.

By entering the Disneyland Resort, you acknowledge that you understand and will
abide by all health-and-safety requirements.

Please note that the State of California recommends and encourages awareness of
the following:

 * Everyone is encouraged to get vaccinated when eligible.
 * Everyone is encouraged to sign up for CA Notify as an added layer of
   protection for themselves and the community to receive alerts when they have
   been in close contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19.
 * Please be aware that there is risk in attending large crowded events where
   the vaccine status of others in attendance may be unknown to the
   individuals.
 * Please be aware that there is risk in attending large crowded events for
   populations that may not currently be eligible for vaccination, or may be
   immunocompromised and whose vaccine protection may be incomplete.

manage attendance.
