Purpose of Data Collection

The Confirmit group of companies provides clients with services related to the
use of Confirmit's software, either installed on clients' own servers, or
accessed via its Software as a Service or Cloud Service platforms (jointly,
"SaaS") . Confirmit processes personal data based on clients' instructions and /
or clients' self-service use of Confirmit's software and SaaS. The personal data
may be originating from the EU/EEA and Switzerland, as well as anywhere else the
clients collects personal data. Confirmit may, in its provision of services,
support, and maintenance to clients, have access to such personal data in
accordance with contractual terms. Additionally, personal data is also received
and processed by Confirmit on Confirmit's own behalf, related to its provision
of customer support and consulting services to clients, of its sales and
marketing activities, and HR-related activities.
