OUR VISION & HISTORY

Incorporated in 2000, with a vision to deliver informed healthcare decisions to
a billion lives connected by our technology, partnerships and human touch, Medi
Assist has grown rapidly over the past years and is now considered a trusted
name. Through strategic acquisitions, we've expanded our capabilities to serve

Medi Assist is incorporated.
2002

Registration of Medi Assist TPA as a third party administrator with IRDAI.
2010

Medimatter Health acquired stake in our company from Reliance Capital Ltd. and
Medybiz Pvt. Ltd.
2011

Investment by Bessemer Health in our company.
2013

Investment by Investcorp Private Equity.
2016

Medi Assist TPA acquired DHS TPA.
2018

Medi Assist TPA acquired Medicare Insurance TPA Services (India) Pvt. Ltd.
2022

Medi Assist acquires Mayfair We Care.
