Overview

SUMMARY

StorageGRID and StorageGRID Webscale incorporate Samba. Samba versions 4.0.0 and
later are susceptible to vulnerabilities which could allow attackers to change
other user's passwords or cause the print spooler to crash. NetApp products such
as ONTAP are not affected by vulnerabilities such as this as they do not make
use of Samba software.

IMPACT

Successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities could allow attackers to change
other user's passwords or cause the print spooler to crash.
