AMAZING WEEKEND GETAWAY
I came for short weekend staycation with my partner. We really enjoy the
food, especially the Club Lounge. It was one of the best gastronomic

BEST HOTEL IN TOWN
Westin Surabaya located in west Surabaya on top of Pakuwon Mall ( biggest
mall in area). Its very modern and luxurious they take cleanliness and
safety seriously all area smell good. All the staff did their job above and
beyond, they always smile and greet you friendly, always attentive and
treat you like a king. Rooms very clean and comfortable, AC works very well
not too cold, perfect. Breakfast always makes us excited every morning, its
fresh ingredients, most of it change the menu daily, clean and taste
delicious. The price is very affordable compare to what they offered. We
really enjoy stayed there with our kids. Will come back and recommend this
hotel to everyone.

PRIVILEGED AT CLUB LOUNGE 39TH FLOOR
A few times stayed at Westin Surabaya and had all the time great and very
satisfying experience at the Club lounge (39th Floor).
I would rate the services performed to take care all the guests visiting
the club lounge (I regularly observed the interactions between the staffs
and the guests) have been excellent.
The whole team have always been attentive with quick responses, and I also
see the sincerity from the staffs too.
The word to describe the above is that Westin team perform a very
personalized services to all guests in Club lounge.
I feel privileged every time visiting the club lounge.
Some of the team I happen to remember the names are: Neni, Dyta, April,
Michele, Nadya, Stephanie, perhaps the next visit can add a few more names
to remember.

Warmth welcoming, polite and friendly hotel staff provide top notch
services.
Room is spotless clean. Air condition works well.
Breakfast spread is good, food is fresh and tasty.
