     VERY GOOD DINING, MEDIOCRE BEACH, AVERAGE ROOMS
     
     Come here to eat, if your focus is the beach then choose something else or
     just get a car and explore the island.
     
     Rooms average, a bit disappointed that not in-room drinks were
     complimentary besides the water, we were staying in the junior suite, was
     hoping for something more. Also the policy of not being able to smoke on
     your own balcony is annoying.

     BEAUTIFUL HOTEL, AMAZING LOCATION AND FANTASTIC WESTIN TEAM!
     
     The Westin was everything we could have wanted. On arrival we were met with
     drinks. Straight away they acknowledged a birthday and made a cake to my
     taste for the special day.
     
     Our room was a great size with views of the pool and onto the sea, we
     couldn’t have asked for more from that and housekeeping!
     
     The boat house helped us with two excursions, diving and snorkelling which
     were magical. They looked after us completely and reassured any nerves.
     
     The gym is open 24/7 which helps burn the calories you eat, as the food is
     wonderful.
     The chef Davina, Kevin at Mystique and Jameel GM made our stay very
     memorable! Thank you!
     
     In fact the whole team go above and beyond to help where possible!
     
     From in house activities to planning our islands tours we would love to
     come back and highly recommend The Westin Turtle Bay.

     we booked Westin as a premium hotel chain from Marriott group but a lot is

     Amazing Stay!!!
     Rooms were clean with all amenities required for a 5 star resort, the pool
     was also very clean and well maintained as well as the garden around the
     hotel.
     Food at Mystique, kangan, Fusion & Beach Grill was really good but we were
     a bit disappointed with the choice of dishes at the buffet at Seasonal
     Taste on Saturday night but the chef, Davina Mercedes, made it up for it on
     Sunday night.
     The staff at the Westin are amazing, real gems if I could say. They make
     you feel at home, always ready to help and go the extra length to
     accommodate each and every small requests. Kudos to the staff and even
     though I cannot name them all but Adriana, Davina, Prakash,Sunny, Taslima,
     Sameer,Seam,Kiran,Sanjana, Mevin can take the cheers for the whole team of
     Westin.
     We were on an all inclusive package (AIP) and what was really disappointing
     was the quality of the red and white wine and the whisky which in my
     opinion was really cheap. I personally think that when a hotel proposes
     AIP, a fair value of quality wine and spirits shall be proposed. People
     expect the quality of drinks proposed to reflect the brand of the hotel.
     Lastly, the steam room at the spa needs a bit of a maintenance as there are
     missing mosaics and tiles but overall the spa and massage was excellent.
     The last day at the hotel, it was raining constantly for several hours and
     the hotel organised board games and entertainment for the kids and sadly if
     they has a cinema room like the one in JW Marriott would have been even
     better.
     I highly recommend the Westin Turtle Bay especially when you have kids as
     mine had a great time.

     RELAXING HOLIDAYS AND AMAZING HOSPITALITY AT WESTIN TURTLE BAY IN MAIR
     
     We had an amazing time celebrating my big birthday at Westin Turtle Bay in
     Mauritius! Special thanks to the room team that decorated the bed on my
     birthday and to Naheme for organising the lovely birthday cake and card!
     
     The staff was welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to make our
     stay an unforgettable experience.
     The facilities are great, lots of open spaces, outstanding gardens and a
     relaxing environment. Rooms are big and spacious and the turn down service
     was excellent.
     The swimming pools are large with an amazing view and a small private
     beach. Steeven and Pascal looked after us next to the main pool, always
     ensuring that our drinks were extra cold.
     
     Food was amazing, we loved the variety of food at the breakfast buffet,
     lunchtime bites next to the pool and dinner a la carte in the three
     restaurants.
     Special mention to Seam (the boss) for organising dinner and prepping the
     team in advanced about my son’s allergies. We felt safe and reassured.
     
     Many thanks to Doomun and Kevin for looking after us at Mystique, where we
     enjoyed a lovely dinner a la carte. Indian food at Kangan was great and we
     enjoyed watching the team in the kitchen and the tandoori oven, thanks to
     Mevin for looking after us. Fusion was definitely our favourite, the sushi
     by chef Akash and the teppanyaki by chef Madelyn were outstanding! Service
     by Cedric and Jesca was very nice.
     
     The spa was lovely, with relaxing massages. The gym is well equipped , the
     yoga and Pilates instructor was great!
     The sport team was dynamic and fun, we really enjoyed the morning jogging
     and aqua gym with Naheme and Dimitri and kayaking with Winsley.
     
     Overall, we’ve never felt this welcome anywhere else, thank you to the
     whole team for this unforgettable experience!

     AMAZING 10 DAYS AT WESTIN!
     
     Amazing 10 days at Westin!
     We spent 10 days in The Westin Turtle Bay Resort. What can I say as soon as
     we arrived everything was amazing. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and
     information was given to us about the resort. The staff are very
     professional, kind and helpful. They really go that extra mile that made
     the resort extra special.
     
     The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the sea and it was really
     magical waking up to the view every morning. The room was very nice and
     spacious. The cleaners always did an amazing job as the room was always
     spotless and you would get a call at the end of the day if you needed
     anything else for the room.
     
     The food at the resort was really nice. We went with half board. Breakfast
     every morning was nice and the chefs that would make food for you were very
     friendly and professional. In the evenings there were few restaurants
     within the hotel and the ambiance and food was great quality. The food was
     very tasty and the atmosphere was very warming. The staff in the
     restaurants were amiable and always went out of there way to make sure
     things were perfect.
     
     The beach and pool was always clean and it was a very nice experience
     swimming by the sea. We did an activity which was part of the resorts boat
     house. This was free and there was various activities you could choose
     from. It was very nice and relaxing, pedalling on the ocean. The staff at
     the boat house were also very kind and helpful. There was also games around
     the resort that we enjoyed, chess, ping pong and a games room. Mystic bar
     was very nice too. They often every night had live music and traditional
     Mauritian performances too.
     
     The concierge team were very pleasant. They helped us to book excursions
     and informed us of activities that we could do.
     
     Heavenly Spa was a dream. We had a massage and hair cuts. We felt very
     pampered and it was very relaxing. The staff again were so accommodating
     and thoughtful.
     
     We just want to say a very big thank you to Westin. You made our stay very
     special and memorable. You have a great team and we hope to see you all
     soon!
