QUALIFIED SIGNATURE DOCUSIGN AND SIGNATURE ON TENDER PLATFORMS
Hi all We often have to sign with a certificate on submission of offers in some
european platforms. Is docusign qualified signature working for this type of
request? i understande they require a special kind of format and a certificate
(sometimes on USB key with a PIN code) So my question is : is docusign Qualified
signature working for signing offers on tendering platforms? Thks for sharing

WRONG DATE FORMAT
Hi, I have a question regarding the date format. I already set up the format to
be DD/MM/YYYY. However, it always show the date as MM/DD/YYYY whenever we sign.
Even when I change the format, the outcomes are the same. Can you please advise?

NEW UPDATE: "X OF Y SIGNATURES COMPLETE" REMOVED
It looks like with a recent up date this week, a feature was removed/moved from
the Action Required to do list. There used to be a bit of text near the progress
bar that showed how many signatures were completed and how many more had to go.
My company uses “no signing order” because it expedites the visibility of
documentation as well as makes it easier on the router so they don’t have to
specify who goes in which order. I am the last signer. When I have many
documents in my queue, I usually prioritize those that are ready for me to view;
aka 4/5 or 2/3 signatures complete. The progress bar is not a useful way for me
to view my queue. Is there a way to turn on this moved/removed feature?

COMPLETED, THEY JUST RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION THAT THE DOCUMENT WAS EXECUTED, HOW
TO SEND THEM COPIES OF THE DOCUMENTS THEY SIGNED-OFF, NOT ALL OF THEM?
Signatories do not receive a copy of signed documents when the documents are
completed, they just receive a notification that the document was executed, how
to send them copies of the documents they signed-off, not all of them?

AUTHENTICATION QUESTIONS - A COMPLAINT
Is there a way to let the powers that be that they might need to dial it back a
bit on the level of questions that are being asked? I get complaints nearly
every week about the questions. There are many clients who fail because the
questions are so obscure. Today I was told by a client that every time she goes
to complete a form from us, it asks her questions about her husband’s ex-wife.
It makes her incredibly uncomfortable, and seems to be a bit inappropriate.
There is no resolution to this, but maybe just pass along the message. Thanks!

DOCUSIGN REMOVING FAST WEB VIEW ENABLED FROM PDF PROPERTIES
Hello, my name is Lindsay Joyner and I am the Technical Writing Manager at a
contract research organization (CRO) where we have specific document properties
that need to be set for FDA document submission and electronic document
compliance. I am having an issue when upon uploading a PDF document to Docusign,
Docusign changes the document properties. Specifically, “Fast Web View” goes
from “Yes” to “No”. Once the document is signed PDF properties cannot be edited
and the document is no longer compliant with Fast Web view set to “No”. Is there
a way to prevent Docusign from editing the PDF document properties? Any help is
much appreciated, thank you in advance!

USERS UNABLE TO SIGN AGREEMENTS UNDER OUR DOMAIN
Hello, My organization is locked out from signing 3rd party documents after our
enterprise account contract expired. When logging in to sign an agreement, they
are met with a SAML SSO login error or if they attempt to create an account
under our domain they get a generic error message. (Screenshots below) We have
already deleted the Docusign Enterprise SAML App on the Azure side and removing
the TXT record from our DNS record. This was done when we originally claimed our
domain for Docusign use. After reviewing documentation, we believe our account
was never closed out correctly. We never withdrew the claim to our domain,
unchecked Prevent unmanaged signups, or unchecked required SSO login with our
Identity provider (Azure AD). Since our account is closed out we cannot login to
change these settings retroactively. Now our domain is associated with a closed
out account that cannot be logged into and docusign support has only provided
generic answers about disabling SSO and contacting IT

Two months ago, I signed a lease agreement through this software and I am a
tenant. But I didn't download a copy of the contract at the time, and now I want
to open the previous file, but it shows that the link has expired. I was not a
registered user when signing the document. How can I obtain a copy of this
contract document. Because there is a dispute with the landlord, it is not
convenient to request it from the landlord.

click on the option to send a new link and it says it sent it but I am not
getting anything. I checked spam, had our IT company verify there are no blocks

TIMEZONE ISSUE
Hi there, I’ve recently had clients signing documents (we are in the Eastern
Time Zone - EST), but when I receive the documents back (signed and completed)
from my clients, they are being stamped with the Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)
time zone for some odd reason. Is this something I can control on my end? Or
something on their side of things? I read through a similar post on the
community here but no answer was provided. Any assistance would be helpful.

documents (this is affecting more than just me in my organisation but Docusign
is working fine for others). Made sure not on blocked email list and on safe
receipients list but this has made no difference.

For the second time in a week, I have had a signer tell me the “continue” button
isn’t working nothing happens when they click on it. I’m not sure how to fix
this so I have had to void the envelope and send a new one, which obviously

password? The approver set up the password but this screen comes up each time.

ACCESSING DOCUMENT SENT VIA EMAIL.
I was sent a document to sign and I get to the email and click button that says
“review document” and I’m sent to a website that says “the envelope is not
accessible at this time. The envelope may have been recalled by the sender or
require additional processing Additionally, the recipient may have failed
authentication” what am I supposed to do to be able to sign and download
document?

LANGUAGE ISSUE
Hello, I have been having an issue with the language that my manager receives
communication from DocuSign in. I send the document to my manager in English,
not using a template, ensuring the language is in English. But she receives it
in Croatian. When anyone else sends it to her she also receives it in Croatian.
When I looked at her preferences, her language is set to English. Please can you
