CONDITIONS

TAT STRATEGIC DIRECTION 2025 PRESS CONFERENCE (TATSD2025)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 * Venue:
   * TAT Strategic Direction 2025 Press Conference (TATSD2025) will be held on
     Monday 15 July, 2024, at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC).
 * Registration Date:
   * Monday 24 June from 10.00 AM – 4 July 2024. (or until full).
 * 3 Main Activities:
   * Market briefing during 09.00-17.30 Hrs. at Meeting Room 110-111, Level 1,
     QSNCC. (Conducted in both Thai and English)
   * Tourism Clinic during 09.00-17.30 Hrs. at Meeting Room 109C, 109D, 109H,
     and 112-120, Level 1, QSNCC. (Conducted in both Thai and English)
   * TAT Strategic Direction 2025 Press Conference during 18.00-19.00 Hrs. at
     Plenary Hall 1-2, Level 1, QSNCC. (Conducted in Thai)

 * Registration Rules and Regulations:
   * Registration is on a first-come; first-served basis.
   * One registration is for one person only. No limit to the number from each
     organization/agency.
   * No on-site registration is provided.
   * After the payment, changing the delegate’s name or transferring the right
     of attendance is not allowed.
 * Payment Conditions:
   * Application Fee is 1,800 THB per person (paid in Thai Baht only). The fee
     includes:
     * Free access to all activities;
     * In-Market Tourism Trends and Situation;
     * 2 breaks and lunch plus evening cocktail;
     * VAT 7% Included
   * After your registration, you will receive payment details within 2-3
     business days . Payment should be completed within 2 days. You will receive
     your receipt electronically as an E-Receipt via email.
   * TAT will reject your registration if the payment is found to be fraudulent.
 * Status Confirmation:
   * E-Badge will be sent via email as a confirmation for your entry at the
     Check-in point.
 * Cancellation:
   * No refund for any cancellation.
 * Additional Remarks:
   * Delegates will receive a wristband at the Check-in point on the event date.
   * Entry to the event area is limited to those with a valid wristband and
     e-Badge. Please wear your wristband throughout your time at the event.

 * Post Event Cooperation:
   * Delegates will receive an e-mail that includes:
     * Username and password to enter the link for downloading the In-Market
       Tourism Trends and Situation.
       * The information is under the copyright of TAT. It is for non-commercial
       use only and not to be distributed to other third parties. *
