     OVERPRICED AND INCONVENIENT
     
     Definitely overpriced for what it is. When this hotel just opened, it was
     amazing. Now it’s mediocre. They say they have mobile check-in and virtual
     keys, but they don’t. The wifi cuts in and out and when you go to login, it
     asks you to pay. I had to chat them to get them to waive the charge for the
     wifi. The room was clean-ish but there were visible stains on the couch and
     it was pretty dusty. Also they don’t validate parking either, so be
     prepared to pay for that as well. Honestly, I won’t stay here again for
     almost $300 per night. The LEAST a hotel can offer is steady wifi. I could
     have just stayed home.

     A GREAT SPOT TO SPEND THE NIGHT
     
     Wonderful hotel. Great location and staff. Draco had great staff but our
     order was messed up. For the price of that food we should have looked else
     where but all in all. Wonderful place.

     Bed sheets must be changed daily, i stayed Monday to Friday and see no bed
     sheet changed, i can see my fallen hairs on the pillow.

     WE LOVED IT
     
     A very nice and comfortable hotel in a quiet part of town. Great
     surroundings with several very good restaurants. Apart from the reception
     and the room, we did not use the rest of the hotel because our stay was
     short. The entire hotel smells of cleanliness and a wonderful fragrance. We
     will definitely be back again and would recommend it to anyone who wants
     comfortable accommodation, clean and tastefully decorated space and very
     friendly staff.

     A WONDERFUL STAY
     
     What truly sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. Yes, the
     building is great and the rooms are beautiful, but the people that work
     here are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and amazing at what

     Excellent staff. Cordial and friendly and helpful. Good management shows in
     the quality of their training and of how the staff treats its costumers and
     each other. Having traveled a lot. This hotel had a very consisted level of
     cordiality and friendliness from all the staff. I was impressed. House
     keeping was exceptional. I always leave a daily tip in my room for the
     housekeeping person cleaning my room. during this stay the housing keeping
     person (Linda) was kind enough to leave me a note thanking me for the tip.
     And did so every day of my stay. I was really impressed.

     Last October, I triped other hotels everyweek.
     After back to Markham Marriott, I felt at home.
     Front desk Team, Restaurant Draco Team...Housekeeping Team
     Everyone, familiar faces...made me comfortable.
     No need ... speaking as if stock in a cupboard.
     ... thank you....... loyaty....
     
     Everyone's smile, warm looking... Those are more than enough.
     Outstanding interior, clean room, delicious food.
     Really i stayed the hotel with big happiness.
