It’s been just over a year and a half since I joined this incredible University, and I am inspired by the difference we make in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, across Texas, and beyond. From our groundbreaking research to our accessibility for those first in their family who dream of going to college, UTA has a lot to celebrate. I shared at my investiture the many dreams I’ve heard from our students, faculty, and staff—along with a dream of my own. A dream that UTA will be one of the nation’s most inclusive and impactful research universities in the country. The progress you’ll see throughout this report are our first steps along that journey.
