When you do great work, people notice.  This was definitely the case for Vinton.
 Their website wasn’t cutting it so they came to us for help after seeing the
work we did on the Walbec website.

 Craft CMS was our not-so-secret weapon helping the client flesh out their
content including current and former projects. We also showcased all their
awards in one section, and if a project won an award, it gets automatically
linked back to the project write-up if one exists.

Finding and hiring quality people is always a problem but the client is now
filling more of its positions after using the Applicant Pro integration we
built, which shows open positions on their website and allows job seekers to
apply easily which get updated in Applicant Pro.

Having won bBest of the Bay 2 years in a row, owner Angie knew her website could
better represent her company so she turned to Ritter Knight for assistance.

We refreshed her existing Squarespace website with a new look and feel as well

WALBEC GROUP WEBSITE



Walbec is a group of construction companies with a rich history spanning over 85
years. From paving Lambeau Field to Road America to complex municipal highways
and engineering projects, Walbec companies are known for quality,  and
workmanship.

 

We combined 6 of their company websites into a single “umbrella” website to help
“showcase the power of the group” as their RFP put it. Using the power of the
Craft CMS platform, this is a great example of using the systems’ full
publishing capabilities (including relating content back to each other, layout
building, asset organization, and flexible content structure).






AIRFLOAT SYSTEMS WEBSITE



Before Airfloat’s StrongBox™ came around, wooden crates were the only way to
ship out framed artwork. Over 30 years ago, Airfloat came up with a practical
and inexpensive way to protect artwork while in transit. 

 

We refreshed their website to better explain what they do and make the website
more appealing and fresh.  We also designed a custom “calculator” to help
artists figure out which box sizes they can use.

 

Because they are able to ship more than one box at a time, we reconfigured the
way the website calculates shipping rates to save their customers money on
multiple boxes as well.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the owner/special event director of a tour company specializing in providing
game tickets, accommodations, tailgate parties, player meet and greet receptions
and travel for fans wanting to support the Green Bay Packers as well as other
football teams and concerts and shows.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Ritter Knight Creative, and
what were your goals?

We were looking for an entirely vamped up website as well as social media
interfacing and continued support.

SOLUTION

How did you select Ritter Knight Creative and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed more than 10 companies but really immediately enjoyed the ease of
discussing our goals and requirements with Dave & Rachel.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key
deliverables, and technologies used.

This was a multifacted project since not only do we sell packages but we also
buy in seats from season ticket holders and wanted separate blasts to promote
both. We began with a beautiful and professional site that interfaced with our
POS, next synced this with social media and a way to monitor increase in
activity.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their
positions?

We worked with 4 people who were the owner, social media expert, designer, and
assistant designer. It was awesome to work continuously so close with the owner,
not just on the initial quote but throughout everything!!!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about
the deliverables?

We increased our exposure tremendously! Clients were now easily able to look up
their orders for the past 33 years. They are reasonably priced but provide a
luxe, beautiful and high tech designed. They solved so much troubleshooting from
our previous site.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and
timelines.

We were able to work together at a scheduled time each am on the phone, in
person and on zoom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They explained everything to me so well that I became more and more impassioned
about not only the end project but also the daily steps. They instilled hope and
confidence because of their fantastic technical support.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done
differently?

I cannot think of anything.
