Unlike other magnesium supplements, each molecule in Sucrosomial® Magnesium is

Yes!

There are no negative interactions between Sucrosomial® Magnesium and other

A supplement I take already contains magnesium. Can I benefit from Sucrosomial®

How much magnesium should I take per day? How much is too much?

The Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of magnesium for females and males is
310-to-320 and 400-to-420 mg, respectively, though you shouldn’t get[1] more
than 350 mg per day from magnesium supplements.

Taking more than this may produce[2] gastrointestinal upset but probably isn’t
dangerous, provided you consume less than 5,000 mg per day.

What type of effects should I notice?

Most people report falling asleep faster and sleeping longer, feeling happier

pressure, triglycerides, blood glucose levels, and cholesterol profile.

What does the Prop65 warning on the label mean?

The Prop65 warning on the label means[1] the product contains one of 900
chemicals. The product is still safe to use and has the label because
California's Proposition 65 goes well beyond the safe levels set by the Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and
requires the label by law (even when the chemical is found in trace amounts).
You should not be concerned about it and don't need to be worried—Sucrosomial®
Magnesium is completely safe. Just because a product bears the Prop 65 label
doesn’t mean it’s dangerous (for instance, just two servings of tuna puts you
well over the Prop65 limit for lead).

Can Sucrosomial® Magnesium be taken while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes.

Magnesium deficiency is prevalent[1] among expectant mothers, in part because
your magnesium requirements increase from 310-to-320 mg to 350-to-360 mg per day
during pregnancy.

Taking a magnesium supplement during pregnancy, such as Sucrosomial® Magnesium,
helps you get enough magnesium each day, which may reduce the risk[2] of
birth-related health complications for both you and your child.

Likewise, it’s safe to supplement with magnesium while nursing and it may help
new mothers feel less frazzled and better rested.
